This “Flamenco Red” JaguarSport, Jaguar XJR-S Series II, with only 124 hand-built units, is the most rare variant of the Jaguar XJS.
This car was entirely built to the personal wishes of the original owner at TWR JaguarSport in Bloxham, where the Jaguar XJ220 supercar also was built.
The XJR-S 6.0 includes a hand-built 6.0 V12 with special cylinder heads, cosworth pistons, forged crankshaft and Zytek digital fuel injection. Furthermore, a sports car with gas-filled Bilstein shock absorbers, a special steering wheel with reduced power steering and a stainless steel sports exhaust system with low-loss catalysts make this car a civilized, but a extremely potent Gran Tourismo.
This particular example was built on the 2th of September 1992 and dispatched to Auto-König in Munich, Germany.
Finished in “Flamenco Red Metallic” showing only 60,837 km on the odometer, this car has been well looked after and maintained.
